Alisha Macauley, MS, NCC, LPC

Alisha received her B.A in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of South Alabama and her Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University.  She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC 20318) and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia (LPC 5320).

Alisha has experience working in inpatient, outpatient, crisis line and emergency settings. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults. 

Alisha believes that counseling is a collaborative relationship between the client and the therapist and she utilizes an integrative approach by pulling from different theoretical backgrounds. Her emphasis is in helping clients understand the relationship between their thoughts, feelings and behavior. She maintains the belief, for as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

Alisha is married and has one son.
